Webmaster/Programmer/Designer I need an Ace than can do it all

part time 20hrs per week management of all my IT needs. I build, manage and modify many websites for my businesses.

I only want to hire one person that can do many things well. The sites are not ultra advanced so you dont need to be a wizard programmer but you need a very solid base in all aspects of web creation.
