JOB OVERVIEW
We are hiring Virtual Assistants to our Real Estate Investment Wholesaling Team
To help increase our Rental Portfolio, to do Wholesaling and Fix & Flips.

Real Estate Wholesaling Positions open are:
SALES: Outbound screening calls & Inbound Lead Calling Agent, Set Appointments, Prepare Offers (1)
MARKETING: Direct Mail, Facebook, Email lists, SMS, Slybroadcast, SEO
ADMINISTRATIVE: Reports, Payroll
ACQUISITION Lead Manager: Sales Person to Motivated Sellers & to Cash Buyers
CLOSING Administrator(1)
RESEARCHER & Data Entry to do some of our grunt work
- To help populate each lead with house photos, street view
- To listen and transcribe all voicemails and sort if it is a good/bad/dead lead
- Add Zillow data as Market value, Rental value
- Run Comparable Sales Reports and attach them to contact record (AgentPro24)
- Handle removes from email, phone lists, broadcasts, returned postcards

Depending on experience starting pay can be anywhere from:
- Excellent remuneration basic and commissoon for each sale closed. Duties include inbound & outbound call screening lead, etc with Motivated Sellers or Cash Buyers, Research and Data
