Yacht VA

I am looking for a VA to help take my business to the next level. I sell luxury yachts and am looking for a VA to join my team and help organize my life, do some basic task and help me sell more boats!

[]Weekly / Monthly Yachtworld searches and emails out to clients
[]CRM clean up
[]Outlook folder clean up
[]Outlook "policing" - make sure that my emails are followed up on and tasks are completed
[]Book personal appointments (hair, dental, etc)
[]Craigslist searches personal and professional
[]To Do list organization, control and management
[]Client research
[]Video editing (minor - Apple iMovie or similar)
[]Social media posting

I am looking for someone to be my right hand. I am active, forward thinking, and will always have a plan I "should" be working on.

I need someone who will push me to get more accomplished.


My number 1 requirement: ASK QUESTIONS!!! - if you do not know something, or just want some clarification, please ask me. Ask me twice if you need to.

My number 2 requirement: BE PERSISTENT!!! - if I don't answer you or you need something from me, keep on top of me and bug me for the answer / info you need. I am paying you to keep me organized and to be more successful. I NEED YOUR HELP, even if it may not seem like I want it sometimes.

I am willing to pay a competitive salary plus a commission for every boat I sell so I am looking for a very good VA that stands out above the rest. If I am successful, you will be successful!
