Social Media Ads Designing and Posting

We are a real estate investment company, looking to hire someone to create/design and post written and picture ads to multiple social media platforms.

This is not a one-time job offer. We will need this person to post daily/weekly on these platforms at given times. We will provide templates and samples of different ads that can be written very similarly, but each one changed a little bit and designed to be different. Once we figure out which ads are working better, we can start recycling those ads and using them more often. After each post, we would like the link to be pasted into a Google Sheets file so we can see that the work is being done. It shouldn't take more than an hour each day. Once you get the hang of it, it won't even take that long.
