Real Estate Assistant- Searching Craigslist, Facebook for potential properties and creating list

We are a real estate investing company looking to hire someone to research houses (for sale by owners) on our local Craigslist website and/or Facebook buy and sell groups or marketplace. We would provide specific things we're looking for. We would want this person to visit these sites daily and just create a list for us in excel of potential houses according to our criteria and the contact information so we can call/email those people ourselves. This is an ongoing project.
