The candidate will be assisting a multi-faceted, dynamic and creative entrepreneur in various work and home related matters.
Specific tasks in different categories include but not limited to:
Assisting with new real estate investment business
• Conduct targeted market research
• Conduct financial analysis using provided Excel models
• Identify investment opportunities based on provided guidance
• Coordinate viewings and follow up on leads
• Create and maintain database of listings
• File documents for easy retrieval
• Assist with administrative action during "closings"
• Assist with ongoing property management
• Conduct monthly financial reports on state of investments
• Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
House Management & Family Assistance
• Assist in bills payments and bank activities
• Manage family calendar and task list
• Organize and maintain family files
• Contact service providers
• Makes doctor's appointments
• Purchasing of household items, gifts, supplies, etc
• Assist with travel research and arrangements
• Be a graduate of any 4 year course (UP, ADMU, DLSU, UST grad Highly preferred) and must be able to provide a copy of college diploma
• Have previous work experience
• Fluent in English
• Have a positive, can-do attitude
• Resourceful and enthusiastic about learning new things
• Highly organized, disciplined and able to manage confidentiality
• Tech savvy and proficient with Word, Excel, PowerPoint or Google Docs
• Must be able to provide NBI clearance
This is a remote, full time, Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm PST hours (12am to 9am Philippines time) position working from home. Flexibility is granted as needed on special occasions.
