Personal Assistant

Mainly to assist me in completing the daily tasks to run my business in singapore-inthebrickyard bakery & that vegan cake bakery.

1) To help write basic materials for my business. You will be provided information provided on our end to complete these tasks. 2) Very often i have enquiries on my phone, instagram, emails or facebook accounts i would need help managing.

3) I would also need regular daily posting on our social media- images and content direction will be provided.

4) we have adhoc events and would require creation of vouchers and collaterals to send out to different collaborators to help increase brand awareness.

5) we wld also need help to follow up with weekly improvements of website based on feedback- we are an online business so this is critical to help with follow up and ensuring changes are implemented.

6) consolidate and analyse business data for me so i know how we are doing month to date, and year to date. How we are tracking on our goals. And which customers are buying more, how frequently- so that we can strategise our business.
