Experience Web Developer - Joomla Responsive Joomla template work

I have a need for a fulltime employee who is an experienced joomla web developer.

I am creating a forex site and need someone who is able to work on my site to produce the desired outcome I am after.
The website template that I am using is called JA WALL. Its a responsive undesign template.

ITS VERY IMPORTANT THAT YOU ARE ABLE TO NAVIGATE AND USE THIS TEMPLATE.

There is quite a bit of work to do, so the job will most likely take 3 months +
Additionally I also have another 2 more websites that will need assistance in building so this would prolong the time for an employee providing great experience and exposure as a web developer. (the other sites are quite simple but still need the help)

I need someone who can start asap, but I am willing to wait if the right candidate came along.

I require someone whom can work minimum 40hours per week.
