This is a outbound sales call position. You will be responsible for contacting prospects, through neighborhood prospecting using a power dialer.

The primary function is to determine a potentials sellers timing and motivation.

The Script has been developed and used throughout the USA for several years. You will need to demonstrate flexibility in utilizing the script and answering random questions as well as handle objections. Most all objection responses are also scripted.

These calls should be made between 3 PM and 9 PM MST Monday through Thursday, and Saturday ... Scheduled shift varies . You will be responsible to set the appointment Schedule follow up with email verification, text verification, video email as well as confirm the appointment in a separate call the day of the appointment.
