Designer

I'm looking for a designer or two to expand my Merch by Amazon business. I currently have one full time designer and she just can't keep up with the workload, so I'm looking to add to the team. I pay her $3 per design and order in packs of 5-10 at a time. She normally always has work to do. If you're hired, we'll probably start out slow so I can see what kind of work you submit. How the work process usually goes is I'll either send her pictures of designs I want to compete with (redone in her own way) or I'll send her ideas and have her make a batch for me based on the information I give her.

Also, please attach your portfolio or examples on your response. Those without examples of their work will not be considered. Thank you for your time.
