M&A Associate

I seek out, buy and fix broken industrial companies on a global scale. The buying and selling of companies is fairly programmatic and opportunities are found by hustle. Looking for a candidate with M&A experience.
The job is three parts;
1. Be part of the deal team. Help me analyze opportunities, figure out which are worth chasing and chase those. You'll be an important part of due diligence.
2. Develop deal flow. I'll train you if needed, it's somewhat programmatic and takes an entrepreneurial mindset.
3. Some executive assistant type work. I should delegate away more small tasks in my life. I also have a book being published and will need help supporting the publisher with marketing,
