E-book on Transformational leadership

I want to write an ebook on leadership, but due to my schedule I find it difficult to write it. The topic would be transformational leadership, I have some material with me which I would give to the writer but the writer also has to research on his own to complete the book.
I want the book to be around 50000 words.
The writer should be fluent in English
He should show me some of his past writings
He should understand the topic
Should quote his rates and time to complete
