Are You a WordPress Expert? Looking to Hire You

We are currently seeking an experienced and dedicated WordPress Developer who has a passion for continually improving their development skills.

Ideally you would already be familiar with the Divi Theme by Elegant Themes, but this isn't a requirement. This is the core framework that we utilize within 80% of all of our projects. You should be familiar with HTML, CSS, PHP and JavaScript. If someone on WordPress needs to be customized this should be a challenge that you are ready and able to solve.

You should be self-driven and able to organize tasks and priorities well without the need to be constantly micro-managed. It is an absolute requirement that you are comfortable with having video conversations on a regular basis via Skype. You should have good written and verbiage English skills.

We are seeking to work with someone full time on a long term basis. Initially the project would start off with a temporary 14 to 28 day paid trial period to ensure that you are able to have a comprehensive understanding of WordPress Development. Once you have proven your skill set and are able to provide a high level of service the position would then continue as a full time 40 hours per week position. At our company we are all dedicated life long students so we would ask that you continue to keep your education and knowledge of WordPress development up date as spend at least 2-3 hours per week learning the latest WordPress development tactics as part of your full time position. This education time would of course be paid. On a monthly basis we would ask that you prepare a presentation to share with us the latest WordPress Development items that you have learned in a 20-30 minute PowerPoint presentation style to highlight the most recent WordPress changes.

We already have a familiarity of best WordPress development practices so we would hold you to a high level of standard. Required Qualifications

- 3+ Years of Experience in WordPress Development
- Be Proficient at HTML and CSS
- Access to High Speed Internet
- Be Fluent in American English
