Script Writer / Copywriter - youtube script writing

Job Description:
1.) Looking for an experienced script writer who has written for tv or radio ads, or script writing for interviews.
2.) We are looking to create engaging youtube video content, and I am looking for an experienced writer for short 45 seconds- 2 minute in length scripts.
3.) the topics will be related to car accidents, civil law, family law, criminal defense, and misc legal areas.
4.) work is part time, 10-20hrs/month. We are expecting to have a minimum of 6 scripts per month from writer.
5.) pay is dependent on skill and experience. Range $4-$10 hr USD.
6. ) MUST HAVE HIGHEST LEVEL OF ENGLISH. This is not negotiable.
