Graphic Design/layout experience with Indesign creating banners, logos collateral, advertising material

Job Description:
1.) Looking for someone with print or graphic design experience who can use indesign or illustrator to create banners, coupons, graphics for a website. Or take existing stock images and then add text and edit for optimized consumer friendly graphics.
2.) The work is currently 10hrs/wk, pay is $3-$4/hr depending on skill and experience
3.) You must be extremely proficient with english
4.) You must use skype to communicate and be reliable and able to respond at least twice a week if inquiries are made about the progress on work.
5.) project starts immediately.
