Inbound Customer Service Representative for a financial IT account for 3 months with high potential Full Time in 6 months, as per growth plan. Main responsibility is to assist the customers query and provide accurate response and solutions.
Skills Required:
· Preferably with call center / live chat experience
· Proficient in written and spoken English
· Willing to work on rotating schedules or night shifts
· Computer literate
· Good oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
· Able to work in a team or problem solving skills so they can adapt to changing circumstances
· Experience is advantage but not necessary, as we have a thorough training program for the right candidate. We encourage everyone who believes they have the right skills to apply.
