Real Estate Investor Assistant

I am looking for a highly professional assistant that is capable of answering phone calls and determining if incoming leads are hot or cold by gathering information from caller and running Real Estate comparable's. The second thing I am looking for in an assistant is all computer based. The ability to help my company with social media platforms & with data entry for incoming leads is imperative.

Payment is $3.50/hour for 14 hours a week.

There may be further work in the future as well.
