Customer service VA - phone and e-mail support

DESCRIPTION:

You will answer incoming phone calls and e-mails from our customer service hotline in the United States. You are supposed to give basic technical support and product information to consumers, and to follow up claims and refunds with our internal team on a daily basis.

Basic training will be provided.

WORKING HOURS:

Working hours are tuesday to saturday 10 pm till 6 am (Manila time) to cover U.S. business hours.
