JOB OVERVIEW

I am looking for a skilled customer representative to handle email, chat and phone correspondence with customers. The right candidate should have a lot of patience since we do get all kinds of questions and inquiries. Training is provided and compensated!

I am willing to pay up to $ ---------- per month depending on experience, starting with a one-month trial. As we go along and I see your work ethic, the salary will increase.

Just want to make sure you are good with the following:

1. I will pay you every week with paypal to start
2. You will work 40 hours a week
3. You will be able to work up to 3 AM in the morning Philippines time (we are a US based business) five days a week including at least one weekend day.
4. You are comfortable speaking with customers over the phone
5. You will send me an email every day at the end of your shift (this is a must) with the following questions answered:

a. What did you do today? (detailed description)
b. What issues did you run into?
c. Is there anything I can help you with?
