T-shirt Designer

I'm looking for a great shirt designer that is a pro with Photoshop and Illustrator. Must be great with typography and also artistic as I may need designs created. Must be able to turnaround great work quickly. I'm looking to establish a long-term relationship for on-going work as I expect we'll need design daily. Please provide samples of your work...I'd love to see them to make sure we're a good fit.
