Expirenced Skiptracer Wanted (MUST have access to LexisNexis or TLO)

US-based Real Estate Investment firm is looking for an experienced Skiptracer to accurately skip trace phone numbers and email address for us.
The ideal candidate MUST have THIER OWN access to LexisNexis Accurint site (or TLO).

Skip Tracing is the process of locating a person's whereabouts and contacts. The Person should be responsible for the accuracy and correctness of their encoded skip traced data in our data sheets.

The main tasks are:
- Skip trace for accurate phone numbers and email address for prospects
- Investigative tasks (as assigned)
- Data Encoding
- Note taking on findings
- Data Analysis
- Research on real estate related subjects

Technical skills:
- Native English
- Excel skills are a plus
- Coachable
- Eager to learn
- Love for solving problems

Chosen applicant must have the ability to complete 500-1000 records per week. Possibility the volume of work will increase from there over time. All work will be validated by a random quality assurance process to ensure completeness and accuracy.
