Full-time FEMALE virtual assistant

We are looking for a full-time FEMALE virtual assistant that must be able to think quickly and handle multiple tasks at once. You will be responsible for inbound and outbound calling of land sellers and county governments. You will be responsible for managing the ins and outs of a web-based Client Relationship Management System.

What we are doing:
The Hemingway Land Company is a land acquisition and resale firm based in Las Vegas, Nevada specializing in raw, vacant and undeveloped land throughout the American West and dedicated to creating affordable buying solutions for our customers.

Your tasks will include but not be limited to the following:
- Contacting and taking calls from property owners and county governments. (This is not a Sales job!)
- Lead Generation for Investors and Property Owners
- Logging information to our web-based CRM
- Web Researching
- File Management
- Database Building
- Creating basic reports
- Other general administrative roles

The following skills are a MUST:
• Must speak Excellent English
• Great communication skills via phone and email
• Strong knowledge of Google Docs and Microsoft Office
• Knowledge in CRM system
• Previous experience in a Call Center is a MUST!
• Detail-oriented


Other requirements include:
- Must be located in the Philippines
- Must be able to work 8:30am –4:30pm Monday-Friday Pacific Time zone (11:30pm-7:30am Philippine time zone) Note: There will be NO time tracking software to be used!
- Must have a quiet working environment (dog barking, baby crying, etc. are strictly prohibited)
- Stable internet connection – Attach a screenshot via speedtest.net
- Laptop/Desktop with a good headset
Compensation:
- $150/week for a regular 8 hours a day – 40hrs/week
- 13th month pay is observed
