JOB OVERVIEW

Hello, we are looking for our first Super Star Employee from the Philippines. The position will be long term, 10-20 hours per week. You tell me when applying. We also honor the 13th month for active employees.

What is a Super Star Employee?

First, the Super Star must have an excellent knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal (especially written). You will be communicating with American customers.

A super-star employee is able to follow directions easily, but more importantly a super-star employee is able to complete the task even when we didn't provide detailed instructions.

For example, if I ask you to create a Google spreadsheet with 3 columns, but you never used Google spreadsheets before. If you are a super-star then you won't email me back and tell me that you don't know how to use Google spreadsheets. You GOOGLE IT. You search on Google and you find out and you complete the task. If you can GOOGLE things and find out how to do things without emailing me back and asking for details then you are a super-star and we want you on our team!

We don't care what school or college you graduated from or not graduated. We don't care about your formal education. We do expect you to be proficient in using your computer and the Internet. A Super-Star Employee can use Google like a ninja. No matter what new concept or new task is thrown at her/him - she can do anything because she can search on Google or Youtube and find out.

If you think you are a super-star please proceed. I will be asking you to do several tasks through this interview process. I do not want you to email me back with questions. I will not reply. I am trying to determine who can do this job without having to be supervised all of the time.

Here is Task #1:
1. Create a new Gmail account. The email should include the word "lamb". Example of correct email address: ----------
2. Create a Google Spreadsheet from that account.
3. Add 3 columns: Keyword, Search Term, Impressions. Use those as column headers. Make the header row fixed - so even if you scroll down it remains visible.
4. Go to Amazon and search for "baby". In the search window, Amazon will provide you with auto-suggestion keywords (not product listings below; but, auto suggested keywords).
5. Write the word "baby" in the Keyword column. Add the first 5 Amazon auto suggestions to the Search Term column - a new row for each one.
6. Use ---------- to find out the search volume for each search term on Google US.
7. Write the volume for each one in the Impressions column.
8. Share the spreadsheet with ---------- Reply here and also send an email at ---------- with the subject "Task #1 Complete" and in the body of the email mention your name and the link to the spreadsheet. You should send the email from the Gmail account you just created.

Please tell me in the body of the email if you have ever done any work in E-Commerce before and what you did. Be honest and thorough. Also, tell me if you have your own computer, internet access, internet speed and where you access the internet from.

Also, starting time would be approximately 7:30 am Eastern Time in the U.S. Once you understand the tasks, hours can be more flexible. Last, please tell me how many hours you would like to work per week (from 10 to 20 hours). Wage below is based on 20 hours/week.

You will receive a reply within 24 hours if you succeeded. If you do not receive an email, it means that you are out. Remember, excellent written and spoken American English is required.
