Looking for a T-shirt Designer 2$ per design

Hello guys,

I m looking for a nice t-shirt designer for my business. I start with 2$ per design and if its pay out I m going to pay up to 5§. If your designs are winners I m going to make a monthly contract with paying arround 300-500$ per month.
I need only a view design every week, not to much!
