Web programmer to develop new software application and maintain or upgrading assisting website

Looking for someone who is motivated, hones, independent and devoted to their work. He/She is able to work unsupervised, dedicated, very organized and have lots of initialization to provide best results in his/her job.
Their responsibilities include:
- You must be expert in CakePHP2.0
- Building a new clinic management system which include modules such as scheduling, customer & Supplier, basic accounting and inventory, etc
- Able to recommend how to store DB in a secure environment and how to make it efficient
- Able to maintain, improve or upgrade on existing website with content management system at the backend
- Able to add new feature or functionality to the existing or new website
- Proficient in doing SEO for the current/new website so as to continue improve on the natural listing
- In future this person should be able to improve on their skill and hopefully grow together with the organisation when we expand.
