Multi-level Responsive WordPress Mega-Menu with Tabs, Grid Columns and Widget/Post/Form areas

I am looking for a strong front-end developer with WordPress experience in the following areas: WP Menus, WP Posts, WP Widget Areas and custom html form with validation posting data to a custom MySQL DB & tables. The site is administered through C-Panel and there will be remote MySQL access provided.

The end product will be a responsive multi-level mega-menu that will be cross-browser tested at multiple breakpoints for desktop, tablet and mobile devices.

The menu must support the use of vertical and horizontal tabs within a sub-menu. The tabs will be used to select the content to be displayed in the sub-menu area. Content to be displayed will include html, forms, widgets (i.e. Google Maps), videos and posts from a query.

I will provide complete functional specifications (i.e. data, validation, states, etc.) and wire-frames for the complete menu and each sub-menu and its contents.

I am open to a flat fee with daily or weekly payments or hourly pay based on milestones and each deliverable completed. The salary amount is dependent on your experience level and the estimated completion date you provide.

Please note I have over 20 years experience managing technical projects at every level for major global brands and corporations and will prefer to work with experienced developers. If you are exaggerating your skills or cannot review the above PDF and make a reasonable determination of what is to be built and a general idea of what programming is required to get it built, this project is probably not for you. If you are a developer with a good understanding of HTML/CSS/Responsive design and are comfortable creating a custom WordPress menu and querying for posts or integrating a widget area, this should be straight-forward work that can be completed over a few days.
