video creation in the form of slides

Hi,

I have an article of different paragraphs, I want to cut the paragraphs and put them on slides and put these slides in the form of a video, I think its a simple job, but I cant make it. Please let me know if anyone is up to do that! I need someone who is good at photoshop and video creation!
