Customer Service Representative - Virtual (AKA Kai Master)

From supplier finding to factory and production inspections, and even freight forwarding and product photography, SellerKai acts as a partner in navigating the supply chain process.

As a virtual Customer Service KaiMaster, your role is very important! You are the first level contact with customers, via email and our online help desk ticketing system. You will attract potential customers by answering service questions; suggesting information about other services. You will also act as a liaison to process orders and prepare correspondences and fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
