Social Media Wizard and VA 20h/week

You will be in charge of promoting start-up Shopify store and e-commerce business in Dog Supplies niche.

Responsibilities:

1. You will setup Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest site and will be in charge of running and analysing effectiveness of campaigns providing brief summaries on weekly basis
2. You will help creating Shopify, Ebay and Amazon sales channels
2. You will decide what content is needed for better promotion (blog posts, articles, videos, photos others) and suggesting most affordable options (you will not have to be content creator)
3. You will shut-down poor campaigns and focus on those with strongest impact
4. You will ensure that all the content is SEO friendly
5. You will monitor critical customer reactions on social media and handling them in most diplomate way.
6. Each day at the end of the work you will have to send a summary of:
- what you have accomplished today (share progress)
- what obstacles you have met today and how have you solve them
- do you need help, guidance or any information
7. From time to time, we will ask you to perform some admin stuff. This is not to give you boring tasks and underestimating you, we just don't tolerate layoffs. Don't ever expect being fired or taking a paycut (as long as we exist).

Skills
- English C1 minimum (B2 if you are true superstar)
- Social media guru (Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest)
- Previous experience with Shopify, Ebay, Amazon from maintenance and set-up point of view.
- Exposure to work with subcontractors
- Good communication skills and ability to negotiate discounts with long-term partners

Equipment & Communication requirements:
- Steady internet connection (5mbps +)
- Computer dedicated only to you
- Webcam & Microphone

What we offer:
- 20 working hours a week with remuneration: $200 a month / $47 a week / $2.35 an hour
- Bonuses for great and successful initiatives
- Working hours 2PM - 6PM (GMT+8)Time in Philippines
- 2 days (8 hrs) a week of time-flex work (possibility of starting earlier or catching up on the weekend)
