Looking for an experienced customer service representative to field customer calls,
Must be able to answer customer questions, handle complaints and returns, as well as have an understanding of Google Docs.
Primary focus is customer satisfaction and timely replies to all customer inquiries.

- Required to do outbound calls and verify information of the lead
- Fluent in English; no heavy accent; preferably with experience

- High level of intuition and the ability to prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously
