Our growing online retail business is looking for a positive, reliable and dependable person to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. We need an enthusiastic individual who can review customer service issues by email, Facebook and respond in a manner that makes the customer feel good. The successful candidate for this role will have a strong command of the English language and be very patient and get along with people.

I also need someone to set up chat bots for us, and write our knowledge base so that customers will be appeased, as they can look for information both online DIY or via chats.

Most common tasks: - Answering / helping (non) customers through email (GMAIL), chat bots set up- Supporting us with order management (exporting order lists etc). We do have an manual for this kind of work. Skills/requirements: - Fluent English (writing and reading) - Knows the drop shipping business - Expertise in providing E-commerce customer service through email - Basic knowledge Gmail / Excel, Dropshipping - Knows how to work with wordpress (plus)

also helping me on daily tasks such as getting guests to be on my podcast show - as an outreach going as well.
