Guerrilla marketer needed for Hemp/cbd oil company

So I did what i thought was the hard part of the job which was create a product and get the website going. it can be seen at ---------- I however now see that the hardest part is promoting my product and getting sales. I need someone to manage all aspects of marketing for my product. The person must be aware of or willing to reserch the trends in the hemp and cannabis industry. Regular marketing will not work for this product because facebook and google can shut off ads that promote these products. I really just need someone to run the show and get me sales. Innovative ideas and experience is needed. I'll also need the person to be willing to take on more tasks such as maitaining website and adding content to the website as well as customer relations. I basicaally need somene to help me run the show.
