I am looking for a graphic artist and photo editor virtual assistant that is honest, reliable, takes initiative, and can complete tasks on time with minimal supervision. I need someone who has good skills in Photoshop. This job is to create graphics to be used for product manuals, logos, social media posts and advertisements, and other images that I use for my products both for web and print.

My company has been around since 1999 and because of our constant growth we need to expand our team. We are very experienced with working with virtual assistants. We have had many over the last 7 years. My primary virtual assistant has been with me for 6 years, plus I have 20 others that work for me full time.

Technical Skills Required:
- Expert in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
- At least 1-3 years graphic design experience
- Understanding Google Drive, Dropbox, and WordPress (Wordpress is an asset, but not a required skill)
- English writing/communication skills
- Must have a portfolio for reference
- Good attention to detail

Core Work Tasks (These are tasks that you would do on a daily basis.). These are the most important tasks you will do and you must be open and comfortable doing this for an 8-hour shift for 5 days a week.

> Create Graphics for the following: Blogs and YouTube Thumbnails, Pinterest and Instagram photos, Product Manuals Covers for web and print , Designing Social Media Posts and Advertisements.

> Manage Social Media – On a daily basis manage Facebook by adding posts, responding to people, and working on interaction with people. Plus, manage YouTube a few times a week and LinkedIn on a weekly basis.

Additional Work Tasks (These are tasks that are done on a weekly basis.):

Content Management – Posting of blog posts, formatting blog posts, inserting images, performing light proof reading of blog posts, managing commenting to the blog post and approving/declining blog comments.

Document Organization – Formatting Word documents, creating tables, organizing styles. Example is formatting exercise programs (adding exercise descriptions and pics to programs).

Internet Research – Search out a topic on the internet and collect information.

Tasks and Procedures – Assist in building procedures that you are doing and creating little videos of the task you have done. This is also the way that training is done.

Document Creation – Be able to format a Word document and convert it into a PDF.

Software – Must have an understanding or be open to learning Microsoft office products, Skype, Dropbox, Wordpress, Lastpass, Gmail, Google Docs, Jing and Screencast, Zendesk, Clickbank, Pinterest, Infusionsoft and iContact.
