Great English speaking VA with graphic design and photo editing skills full time

Hi,

I run a social media management agency in London and I would need someone to help me with client work and also to do some general VA tasks.

I'd like to hire someone who can be full time employed with monthly or biweekly salary. There might be times with a big project that might take 2-3 days of constant work around the clock (might be weekends as well), or having nothing for a few days up to a week and there's just light engaging on my clients pages. (commenting, retweeting, liking posts and pictures etc.). Usually there will be weekly and daily tasks but the schedule might change every day/week. The job shouldn't bee too demanding if you're familiar with graphic design and basic social media skills.

Has to be able to do graphic design and photo editing, great English, able to do research for different industries, familiar with social networks (mainly Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn), but most of all reliable and very responsive + can work independently with guidelines.

(Experience with video editing is a plus as well)

I can teach you the social media stuff if your English is impeccable but willing to accept someone just for graphics and photo editing for a lower price as well.
