Visual Assistant and Social Media Specialist

ModCons is a pop culture collectable retail shop based in Tuggerah, NSW Australia. Our exciting range of products includes movie figures and statues, comic books, manga, Anime merchandise, trading cards and board games.

We are looking for a Visual Assistant / Social Media Specialist to join our team and provide sales support, social media marketing, online research, website listing and data entry.

The role involves:
• Maintaining our POS and inventory systems (on-the-job training will be provided)
• Maintaining and updating sales records
• Online product research
• Listing of products on our website, eBay store, and potentially Amazon
• Managing our social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube

Requirements:
• A passion and knowledge about pop culture, especially movies, TV series, comics, etc
• A quick learner with a can-do attitude
• Ability to follow instructions
• Excellent English (both spoken and written)
• Experience in social media management, specifically using Facebook, YouTube and Instagram
• SEO experience, knowledge of Google Ad words and Google Analytics
• Basic graphic design skills (editing images for online listings)
• A stable high speed internet connection (required due to remote login work)
