Digital Life Recruitment is a boutique technology recruitment firm based in Sydney, Australia. We're looking to take on an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to work full time and be dedicated to this role. The role will be to assist the principal recruitment consultant with searching/resourcing and calling candidates for telecommunications engineering job vacancies.

The base salary is 25,000 PHP per month, with commissions based on sales. OTE is PHP65000 per month.

This is a rare opportunity to join a unique organisation which is known for its specialisation in the telecommunications recruitment industry. This role is well suited to an experienced recruiter who is hardworking, has excellent English verbal and written communication skills, and is fun to work with. Aside from your salary, you will enjoy earning big commissions here with the generous commission scheme we have on offer. We also offer two weeks paid leave per year. You will enjoy being part of a small specialist team who work collaboratively to achieve big goals.

Ideally we want someone who has already worked as an agency recruiter or resourcer, but you might have worked as an internal recruiter and want a career change – this could be the role for you! We are willing to train if you are an internal recruiter. We're looking for a switched-on professional who has strong ability to resource telecommunications engineering roles. This is a busy role and involves skype calling and interviewing many candidates throughout the day to qualify them for the job. If you don't want to talk on the phone a lot, then this role is not for you.

The key tasks will be:

• Reviewing the job description and then searching for candidates on our database, linked in and other database sources
• calling candidates on skype to qualify/interview them for the job
• responding to job applications
• writing adverts and posting them on multiple advertising channels
• maintaining the database with information about candidates
• sending candidate resumes to clients
• doing cover letters and ‘write ups’ on the candidates key skills
• candidate care
• managing existing candidates on day to day matters
• reference checking
• administering contracts
• Lead generation activities
