COO Position - eCommerce Superstar

Looking for a loyal & trustworthy COO who can work for a for a fast growing online retail company. We need a committed VA who is ABSOLUTELY reliable and loyal, and willing to assist and grow what we do. You MUST be excellent at hiring/building/managing/motivating a team. This is a COO position and you will be my right-hand man to run the business. This is a great position for those who is eager to step up and/or demonstrate your ability to do great and make a difference!

IDEAL CANDIDATES:
• Experienced in building a team and working with a specialists.
• Experienced in building/managing a team for Amazon Business and eCommerce.
• Experienced with Amazon, eBay, Walmart, ---------- and Shopify is a plus.
• Experienced in business development.


SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have strong management skills.
• e-Commerce experience with min. 3 year experience.
• Amazon Seller Central experience is a must, min. 1 year experience.
• Minimum 3 years VA experience as a project manager.
• Inventory Management with min. 2 years experience.
• Supplier Management with min. 2 years experience.
• Experience in product research and sourcing with min. 2 years experience is a plus
• Can work with Graveyard Shift or to work min. 2 hrs within EST time (4am - 5pm PST)
• Must be able to work immediately.
• Not allowed to work for any other company concurrently.
• Result driven and massive action taker.

WAGES:
• $1000/mth (FULL TIME), (*90 DAYS probationary period applies. During the probationary period, 70% is paid and the rest of 30% will be paid after successfully completed the probation.)
• Paid on a bi-weekly basis
• After the probation, salary will be paid on a monthly basis.
• 13 months wage will be paid (Prorated amount).

TASKS:
• Ability to manage, run, and grow the business thru Amazon, eBay, ---------- , Walmart.
• Building/Managing a team - *MUST BE EXCELLENT at this.
• Hire/Supervise/Assist various Specialists
• Supervise/Assist Various Promotions & Campaigns
• Communicate and manage forwarders & suppliers
• Assist Many Ad-hoc projects

ABOUT US
• We are based in Virginia, and work with Manufacturers and Distributes to resell their products through e-Commerce, mainly Amazon. We are expanding to other platforms now.
