Need proven expert to help with Facebook Ads for Ecommerce Business

We need an expert (please include examples) to help our Facebook Advertising to accomplish specific objectives.

You should have at least two years experience working with Facebook Advertising.
I also need help to make paying customers turn into returning customers and really grow out my brand. I am looking to work long term, and grow out my brand alongside with you!

Knowledge about what creative works or doesn't work is a bonus but not required.

The pay starts with PHP $52,000/month with bonuses and increases with proper performance.
This job requires your presence full time 35 hours a week.

Potential of moving to Senior Media Buyer with a salary of PHP $260,000/month.
