Virtual Assistant for Holistic Business Needed

I am looking for an experienced virtual assistant for a long-term working relationship.
I am a holistic therapist who also runs workshops and training courses (though this part of my business is only just re-starting again). I need someone to start to take over the social media side of my business and then more of the ---------- itially, I would like to start with approx 10 hours per month and then increase that according as the working relationship develops. .

It is very important that you have an interest in what I do. If it is not something you like or understand then please do not waste your time and my time by applying or this ---------- is also important to me that you can commit to doing the tasks each week and do not disappear for a week or two. (I had that with a previous employee and I do not wish to repeat it)

For this job position you need to have the ability to manage a Facebook account (liking and commenting on posts each week), to be to able manage and develop an Instagram profile, run a twitter account and run a linked in profile. Ideally I would like to hire someone who knows how to attract an audience and get them participating on the various ---------- would also be helpful for later on if you have the ability to content manage a Wordpress website, and to be able to post content onto event marketing sites.

The person I am looking for needs to be RELIABLE, smart, and self motivating, plus confident in their written English and to have experience with social media.
