Virtual assistant to Post content in Wordpress blog, Mailchimp newsletter and Facebook

Looking for a long-term Virtual assistant to posting already created content on:

- MailChimp twice a month newsletter (no need to design any template)
- Wordpress blog twice a month (download the content and be sure that is working and looking fine)
- Facebook 4 times a week (Just posting the content using the simple Facebook tools for business)
- Adding one monthly event on Facebook and ---------- events

Again the content is created the VA just need to download the content and be sure that everything is working properly.
