JOB OVERVIEW

Hello!
I'm looking for an assistant who will work with our maintenance department scheduling appointments, communicating with tenants, reviewing work orders, and calling to obtain contractor bids. You will assist two employees with all your tasks. Previous email and phone experience needed. Strong verbal and written communication is required.

You can expect that we will explain and train you to be successful once you start working at our company. Must be able to work regular business hours of our company. 8am to 5pm CST and available on some Saturdays to monitor our emergency phone line. MUST SEND RESUME in with application to get an interview. Real Estate experience is preferred.

Additional Job Duties Include:
-Keep track of receipts and send bills
-New Move Out confirmation email
-Obtain contractor bids
-Review bills for errors
-Call/email to schedule move out walk-throughs
-Find Vendors
-Late Payment Communication
-Update Tenant Insurance Information
-Owner Proof of Property Insurance Update
-City Inspection scheduling
-Compare move in photos to move out photos for differences
