Wordpress Expert With Graphic Design Experience

So I have tried this before and did not get the types of responses I was looking for. I am looking for a long term, full time hire. I need you to be responsive, and I will understand if there is a learning curve to ensure things get done properly.

I am letting you know up front that I do not want to see your resume. I am looking for someone who can take action and can do it quickly. I also want someone who is a self starter. This job post is a test of sorts to see how quickly you can work and how effectively you can follow the minor details.

I have a site currently ( ---------- ). This site is complete, but it is very bland and does not engage very well. There is a site I really like ( ---------- ). I like the menu, and the look of certain features like the content blocks.

The interview process for this project will be to design the newport faces website (front page only) with more of the design from the park avenue plastic surgeon website. I would like the color scheme to be dark blues with some light greys and silvers. Also, the main image at the top can be reused, as there will be a video there shortly.

If you decide to use any graphics that are not on the site currently, please note that they only do facial plastic surgery. There should be no body or breast images or sections that should be included.

You can place Lorem Ipsum as filler text. This is not a problem.

You must set this up on a domain I can view, not just a screenshot of one. If you are setting it up on a localhost, please let me know and we can do a screenshare so I can view it live.

Once you have completed it (Only one page), you should email me with that site and up to 3 examples of other sites you have done as well as how much you are looking for per month in PHP. I have done this type of test before and it worked out very well for me. The first person to complete the task was offered the job, as it was both time based and quality based. I hope to find a long term web designer now and if you are serious about looking for long term work, I am hoping you will be here.
