Video Creation Expert

I have a huge ongoing requirement to create several niche Information technology videos. I am looking for someone who had good experience in creating 2d explainer (doodle), Animation/Graphic, Infographic videos.

I'll provide a topic, resources, storyboard on various topics. The expectation is to produce high-quality videos at the quickest turn around time and this is going to be a multi-year project.
