Facebook ADS SPECIALIST

We're looking for a Facebook ads manager to join the ranks at our E-commerce company.  

Do you understand the pain of stalled ads, campaign testing? 
Do you get a kick out of lower cost per conversions, high click through rates and hacking ad set optimizations? 

The role will involve delivering good results.

Skills & Experience | Duties and Responsibilities 
To be successful in this role, you must be competent in the following skills and possess these attributes:
Ability of managing and optimizing multiple campaigns
Building effective Facebook funnels
Constructing, measuring, implementing the results of A/B tests for ad copy and audience targeting.
Measuring and optimizing campaigns to meet KPIs 
Analyze goals (increase sales)

There will longer term contract and increased pay with bonuses.
