eBay Dropship VA

Hi! I've been dropshipping on eBay for a while, and I'm ready to hire someone to help me out. My store currently receives around 15-25 orders per day, but I have been keeping it small on purpose since I did not have time to run the store if it got any bigger. Now that I'm hiring help, I expect the store to grow very quickly.

For now, I am looking for someone to help me fulfill my orders and enter tracking information. This may expand to other customer service tasks at a later date, if you are interested and I am happy with your work. I will give an exact step by step template of exactly how I want my orders fulfilled once you are hired, but the general idea is:

-go to correct source through cashback site
-add the item to your cart, then enter any relevant coupon codes (I will provide the coupon codes and when to use each one).
-Enter the eBay buyers contact information
-Pay using gift cards I will provide
-Enter all relevant information into a spreadsheet I will provide on Google Sheets
-Once tracking information becomes available, enter it into eBay

And that's it! Like I said, if you're good at your job and want more responsibility that may happen in the future (maybe even within a few weeks if we build trust), but for now this is all I need.

I will aim to be a great and understanding person to work with. Bonuses will be given if I feel you're doing well, and in general I hope to build a lasting relationship.

Needed Qualifications:
-A good command of the English language, both verbal and written
-Good at basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, fractions, etc.)
-Good with spreadsheets (Google sheets, excel)
-Able to follow instructions
-Previous eBay experience
-Able to work at least 20 hours a week. I'm still not sure exactly how much work will need to be done weekly, but make sure you can commit to at least 20 hours.
