About The Role
Reporting to the finance director and with an accounts assistant under your direct supervision (to be hired by you), you will need to be highly organised and be a systems focussed accountant.

You will be responsible for day to day, monthly and annual accounting, including management, reports and payroll for 20 staff using ---------- , WooCommerce and Xero.

You will need to prepare, analyse and approve
Weekly Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable / Sales Commission
Detailed contracted licensing financial reporting of licensed sports merchandise including in stadium merchandise sales, online store sales and related costs for 5 large clients.
Monthly Internal Financial Reports
Monthly Cashflow Budget Preparation
Foreign Exchange Payments and Forward exchange contract booking
Letters of Credit
Australian BAS & Payroll / Superannuation Compliance / HR records
Submit Payments for Electronic Approval

Based online and working Australian hours of 10am to 6pm, Monday to Friday is required. We currently have 5 Filipino home based staff and will look to grow this number.

Minimum Requirements
Accounting Degree
Accounting Qualification
At least 10 years accounting and administration experience
Experience with NAB Online, Australian Payroll & BAS preparation
Mandarin Speaking a benefit

Remuneration Package
Monthly Salary: Upto 35,000 Php Based on Experience
Bonus: 13th month salary paid pro rata
Paid Holidays: 15 days annually accumulated with hours worked
Hours: Minimum 40hrs per week
Paid fortnightly in arrears: By TT
