**Internet Marketer Needs Virtual Assistant**

My name is Brandon and I am the Internet Marketing Director for a Real Estate education company here in the US. We are a fast growing company and are looking for a long term addition to our team.

I am looking for a full time assistant who can help me and my team with day to day tasks so that I can focus more on the planning and growth of our products and services.

Daily tasks you would assist me with are:

1. Manage gmail
? Provide twice daily summary of Inbox and reply to emails with my assistance
? Organize gmail "Labels" and "Filters"?

2. Manage To-Dos in BaseCamp account ( see http://basecamphq.com)
? All communication on specific projects with be logged in BaseCamp project management software.?

3. Reply to 10- 5 support tickets daily (see http://zendesk.com account)
? I will work closely with you for 2 weeks to train you on the most common reply to support tickets.?

4. Manage my google calendar and appointments?

5. Build WordPress sites fast by learning our tools and systems already in place
? One of the services we provide our students is a pre-made WordPress site. We use a tool called WPmanagerDX to install 20-60 of these per month.?

6. WordPress troubleshooting and editing
? Sometimes our students will need help making changes to their theme.?

7. HTML edits (changing dates, formatting text, etc.)?

8. Manage social network accounts (facebook groups, twitter, youtube, linkedin, etc.)
? Setup automatic daily posts
? Manage comments and messages from Fans and Group members?

9. Research topics as needed?

10. Must be able to communicate with other team members when you need something via Skype.
? You will be asked to work mostly US daytime hours
? We have a team of designers, developers, content writers, etc. If you need help, you must be able to ask for it.?

11. Experience with Infusionsoft CRM/Shoppingcart (or willing to learn)
? http://Infusionsoft.com our customer database, autoresponder, email marketing, shoppingcart and order processing, and more.
? We also use Infusionsoft to manage our affiliate tracking and marketing reports. You will become very familiar with this over time.?

12. Experience with Jingproject.com and screencast.com for visual communication on projects.
? This is a tool we use to take a recording of our screen to show specific changes needed to a website
? We also use this as a training tool to create short tutorial videos to train the team?

13. Reporting
? Export traffic and google analytics reports
? Export sales and marketing reports from Infusionsoft CRM
