Professional T-Shirt Designer for a long-term position needed

Hello,

We are looking for a professional t-shirt designer. Your job would be to redesign ideas we send you. If you love to improve designs and add your personal touch to it, this job is perfect for you.
Two of the most important factors for this job are that you make sure nothing you design for us violates a copyright and never was or will be sent to anyone else. The designs will mostly be in English, so you should be able to speak and write English fluently.

The typical work progress will look something like this:
- we send you a design idea
- you redesign the idea and add your personal touch
- make sure you do not violate any copyrights and add URLs to all fonts and vectors/graphics you have used in the design to a text file
- upload the design and the text file to Google Drive

We will pay you on a per design basis. You will receive 2 – 2.50$ per design. Payment will be made weekly, so you need to have a PayPal account. When you get the job, you will receive all the details on what you need to look out for when designing for us.
We like to see fast and good work. The job is a long term and full-time position. Only apply for the job if you can enter a long-term work relationship.

The selection process will be the following:
- You apply for the job with your design portfolio
- We select a few people and notify those who were not selected for the next round
- If you were selected, we will send you a few sample design ideas
- You send us your design (you will be paid 2$ for every sample design you send us)
- We will do this two or three times until we find our winner
Please note that you will be paid 2$ for every sample design you send us, so you do not work for free during the selection process. In order to be considered for the job you have to provide your design portfolio. If you do not want to participate in the selection process, please do not apply for this job.
