JOB OVERVIEW

Customer service and project manager needed for a freelance services business based on various online freelance platforms including Fiverr, Upwork, People Per Hour, Graigslist and Gumtree.

This is a full-time position 3pm – 11pm (PH) Mon – Fri and occasionally a few hours on Saturday. However, the position will start on a part time basis for the first 1-2 months with the hours gradually increasing each week. To start the hours will be 4pm-8pm (PH) Mon -Fri.

Ideal Candidate
-Must be able to ‘juggle’ lots of ongoing projects/message threads at once
-Excellent written English
-Previous customer service experience essential
-Attention to detail
-Loyal and trustworthy
-Must be able to work very fast and be self-motivated to meet targets
-Very hard working and able to meet deadlines
-Fast learner
-Experience using freelance websites such as Fiverr, Upwork, Craiglist
-Experience posting adds and copywriting
-Very organised
-Experience with googlesheets
-Must have access to fast computer with fast internet access, ---------- for skype calls and have internet security systems in place.
-It is essential that you have a fast internet connection.

Job tasks
- Writing and positing ads on sites such as Gumtree and Graigslist
- Creating profiles and selling services on sites such as Fiver, Upwork, PPH
- Research hot selling services
- Dealing with customer messages and providing excellent customer service
- Project manage various projects between two different parties
- Manage various ongoing projects at once and on different time zones
- Managing accounts to making sure all metrics are kept above standard
