Hi there,
We are an E-commerce company. Our mission is to make our customers ALWAYS happy when shopping with us. We are looking for someone with very solid customer service and critical thinking skills to join hand to deliver the best value to our customer.
***Here's a quick summary of this position:
+ Answer all customer questions timely and perfectly. Make sure that providing correct and helpful information.
+ Use and modify our template to answer. Create new templates for new common cases, update FAQ daily.
+ Check and control time of shipping to provide information to the customer, ensuring order in fast shipping and correct information.
+ Communicate with customer to resolve any problem such as order status, product instruction, product details, wrong shipping address, refund, dispute, etc.
+ Use Trello to manage and report problems and cares about customers.
+ Online almost every day.
***KPI:
+ All pending
+ Writing report daily/weekly about works have been done, work is in pending, any issues, trouble with suppliers/customers and plan how to get it done efficiently.
+ Updating FAQ based on your work experience daily.
+ Updating Template daily to help your work faster and more smoothly.
+ Suggesting to improve the working process.
***Required skills:
+ Woman. Married.
+ Must be super good at English writing, can communicate to solve our customer's problem perfectly.
+ Strong experienced in Customer Service for E-Commerce Platform [IMPORTANT]
+ We don't need smart people, we need hard working, integrity, honest & candid people.
+ Agility and fast learning.
+ Know how to use Trello is an advantage.
+ Fast internet connecting (tell me your internet speed) and strong computer/laptop.
***Salary and working time: $2/hour. Working 4-6 hours per day. Working time: Negotiate
